Private Coaching Agreement

We will meet virtually for 30 minute coaching sessions. You are responsible for scheduling your private sessions with Adria or Sarah via Acuity with your unique package code.

We will meet via Zoom for each coaching session. During each session the focus will be on preparing, taping, and/or refining self-tape work samples. This time is yours to spend on whatever you need most to get your tapes to a place you are proud of, including: reviewing any existing media, finding and choosing new material, rehearsing, and sometimes tackling life roadblocks standing in the way. I will do my best to serve as your mentor.

Multipack coaching packages give you access to 4 or 8 rounds of feedback per package from your coach. Use your Self-Tape Feedback Doc in your Student Folder to keep track of how many rounds of feedback you have used. Feedback will be sent as a written email or by a pre-recorded video. If you wish to save the video feedback, make sure to download it within 3 days before it is removed from the server.

This agreement outlines the scope of work for the Power Clips Program (herein named PROGRAM), between Adria Tennor or Sarah Gaboury(herein named as COACH) and the above named CLIENT.

The service provided to the CLIENT by the COACH is acting coaching, as designed jointly with the CLIENT. Coaching, which is not directive advice, counseling, or therapy, may address acting technique, overall professional goals, or general conditions in the CLIENT's life related to their pursuit of acting.

Coaching services may include acting technique, setting priorities, clarifying goals, identifying resources, creating action plans, asking clarifying questions and in-the-moment skills training.

Coaching will include asking questions, making requests and serving as a consultant offering advice and direction. CLIENT sessions may be delivered by any trusted Real Actor's Lab teacher at COACH’s discretion.
Coaching Sessions

The CLIENT understands that the coaching services will be delivered via video-conference. The CLIENT can expect to receive approximately 30 minutes of direct coaching during each session from the COACH.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring adjustments to scheduled sessions. To provide the best service to all our clients and ensure availability, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment rescheduling. Clients who fail to provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel an existing appointment will lose that session credit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancelation policy.

All rescheduling must be done through the Acuity website. You can do this easily in the auto-generated Session Confirmation email sent after scheduling. Email support@realactorslab.com if you need assistance or have questions.

Cancellation: We have a 24 hour cancellation policy so make sure to cancel any session you are unable to attend in advance of that. Any cancellations within 24 hours of your session will result in the use of one session credit. There will not be an opportunity to reschedule or make-up the canceled session if it is done less than 24 hours in advance. Refund Policy: Please note refunds are not offered for coaching sessions once payment has been made,

To encourage clients to take advantage of their packages and move the needle forward in their career, all coaching sessions expire one year from the purchase date.

The PROGRAM is for CLIENTS only. CLIENTS are also respectfully asked to create a quiet space to work on your own without disruption or distraction.

The CLIENT/CLIENT GUARDIAN’s signatures on this agreement indicates compliance with the above requests, and understanding of the services to be provided. The CLIENT also acknowledges that the COACH cannot and does not offer any guarantees about results gained through the coaching process. The CLIENT’S success is strictly dependent on the CLIENT’S unique skills, circumstances, motivation, follow through and perseverance.

TERMS

The COACH and all representatives of Real Actor’s Lab promise that all information provided by the CLIENT will be kept strictly confidential, as permissible by law.

CLIENT acknowledges that typed name and agreement of this completed contract represents their verified signature.
