**Cancellation policy: Private bookings will incur a $20 fee if cancellation occurs within 2 hours prior to visit. Individual visits will not be refunded if cancelled within 2 hours, others will be considered at our discretion. Please email to confirm ANY cancellation as Acuity Scheduling does not automatically issue refunds. Saturday, Sunday, or holiday-time visits that are no-shows will not be refunded due to the volume of business during these times.
