PAYMENTS:
- £10.35 deposit must be paid to secure your booking.
- 0.35p is Stripe Fees
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Remaining amount must be payable by CASH ONLY on the day
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
- Please come with a clean eye area without any eye makeup or moisturiser.
- You should avoid using any oils/ false lashes/ mascara before your appointment
- A patch test is not legally required but if you have any allergies please schedule this 48 hours before your appointment via Instagram
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS:
- Appointments to be rescheduled 48 hours in advance and no later
- Deposit will be lost for late cancellation/rescheduling
- No shows and late cancellations will be charged the full service amount automatically via the card used to book
LATENESS:
- Please arrive to your appointment on time. A grace period of 15 minutes is given which will be deducted from the treatment time
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and your card will be charged
EXTRA INFORMATION:
- No plus ones - they will be turned away
- No foreign infills - removal and full set will be needed
- Anyone with a lash lift will have to wait 8 weeks before getting extensions
