REGISTRATION IN ADVANCE IS REQUIRED: Class registrations must be done online before checking in at the facility.


CHECK-IN REQUIRED: All patrons must check-in at the desk BEFORE class begins.

REGISTRATION OPENS: 6 days in advance of class.


5 MINUTE RULE: If you are more than five minutes late to a class, your spot may be given away to a waiting patron.


CANCELLATIONS REQUIRED: If you are unable to attend class, you are required to cancel your class registration at least 30 minutes before class begins. Cancellations can be done via your registration confirmation email, or by downloading the Acuity Scheduling APP and connecting to our registration URL: chrcgroupfitness.as.me


EMAILS: By signing up for CHRC Group Fitness classes, you are agreeing to get occasional emails from the CHRC Group Fitness program (mainly monthly updates to let you know what is going on around the rec center with our group fitness classes).


AGE LIMITATIONS: Group Fitness classes are limited to those 14 years of age or older. This is the facility age requirement for all fitness amenities at the Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center.


FULL CLASSES: Patrons who enter a full class without being registered may have their membership suspended or revoked. Please do not enter a class you have not appropriately registered and checked-in for.
