Thank you for booking a session with us, we have changed our system so please read the below carefully.

Visits

New clients or interested professionals can now book a free 15min visit and consultation on site at Hope Meadows, at a time that suits you, by clicking the 'visit' appointment below. Please try and book with the counsellor appropriate to the type of session you're interested in (e.g. Abi for children, Emma for adults).

Funded Project for Adults

We have two projects running for adults, you can book a fully funded initial assessment below, after which we will allocate you to the most appropriate project based on your needs and preferences.

Booking Sessions

A first session of Equine Assisted Counselling/Psychotherapy or IEMT can be booked below.

Existing clients, please book your next session directly with your practitioner either in person, or by emailing bookings@hopemeadows.co.uk.

All groups and programmes can be booked online.

Therapeutic Riding cannot be booked online, please contact us.

Payment Policy: We ask for payment to be made on booking or 24hrs in advance. Your confirmation and reminder emails both include a payment link. Alternatively, sessions can be paid by BACS.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, at least 48hrs notice must be given or full payment will still be required.
