I look forward to working with you and I reserve your appointment time *especially for you.* I often prepare for your appointment in the mornings before our session. I ask that you honor my time and commitment to you by adhering to my cancellation policy. If you give short notice or do not show up, I am not able to use that time for other clients in need. If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify me 24 hours in advance, as much as possible. Under urgent situations, 24 hour or less notice is acceptable. I charge the full session fee for no-shows or sessions that have to end earlier than planned. Please email me with any questions.

Late arrival : Please note that if you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened in order to accommodate the folks whose appointments are after yours. I’ll need to determine whether there is enough time remaining to start a treatment that day or not. Please text or call to let me know if you are running behind.
