After booking you will receive a confirmation email. Prior to your session you will receive a reminder email 24 hours before your appointment. Please check your spam folder if you do not see your confirmation email.

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment time. No refunds for canceled appointments. Missed appointments will not be refunded or rescheduled. In the event that I am not able to attend the session due to illness, you will have the option to reschedule your session; however, refunds will not be provided.

All appointments are shown and booked in Mountain Standard Time. Please adjust to your time zone accordingly.
