**LATE POLICY**
CLIENTS ARE GRANTED A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. CLIENTS ARRIVING MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE WILL BE IMPOSED WITH A $20 LATE FEE. CLIENTS ARRIVING MORE THAN 25 MINUTES LATE WILL FORFEIT THEIR APPOINTMENT, AND NO MONETARY REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED NOR IS THE DEPOSIT TRANSFERABLE!!!!
