Appointments are released on the 20th of every month for the following month
Late afternoon slots/ evening slots will be out on either the 21st or 22nd of each month (date will be announced on my story. For these slots many may be bound to a time limit- therefore slots may only appear for shorter styles (5 hours or less) or for styles with less add ons. Retouches can be booked on any of these slots
Policy
I am a self- taught braider specialising in braids and faux Locs. We are based in North West London- approximately a 7 minute walk from Wembley Central Station. Please see the services we offer below.
Mobile Appointments
I only travel within North West London & West London. Please dm or email me for travel enquires prior to booking.
COVID-19
If you’re experiencing any symptoms for example coughing, a fever, sneezing etc. Please reschedule via the website or contact me to do so. If you attend your appointment and display any of the symptoms I will have to cancel your appointment and reschedule
Deposits
I require a £15 non refundable deposit which must be paid upon booking, no deposit= no booking. The remaining must then be paid in CASH ONLY on the day of the appointment. Please withdraw your cash in advance to avoid lateness.
Premium Appointments
- CHRISTMAS PREMIUM SLOTS: slots on the 24th & 31st are charged at £20 extra
AVAILABLE ON REQUEST, PLEASE EMAIL FOR SUNDAY APPOINTMENTS: An extra fee of £20 for Sunday appointments is applied. These are available for any hairstyle besides from small knotless/twists, thigh length, layered braids, smedium & small styles and waist length butterfly locs (soft locs however can be booked) & extra long lengths . Hair for these appointments must also either be pre-stretched or hair can be dropped off 2 days at the least prior to your appointment for preparation.
BANK HOLIDAY: recognised uk bank holidays ( bank holidays stated on the calendar) are classed as premium slots and are charged at £30 extra.
EVENING APPOINTMENTS: alike Sunday slots (4pm+ Appointments) are available to all styles BUT small/smedium knotless braids/twists, Extra long lengths, Fulani braids, small/smedium Locs & Small feed in ponytails.These appointment types can be booked for all times before 4pm subject to availability.
Prior to your appointment please come with your hair freshly washed, blow dried straight and free of any oils. It’s important that your hair is presented in this state otherwise I will not be able to work on your hair.
Hair must be at least 4 inches all the around in order for me to braid it. If you’re unsure please send me a email or Dm with a picture.
- All treatment products, Gel etc.(besides hair) is included with the service providing you have no allergies
The appropriate type of hair for you to purchase for your style will be outlined in your personal confirmation email (48 hours after booking) where my address will be provided
Due to Covid-19, In an effort to minimise contact time all hair (unless you have opted for me to provide the hair must be Pre-stretched prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a £15 charge. Hair can either be purchased pre-stretched or dropped off to be pulled at least 2 days prior to your appointment.

Late Policy
I have a grace period of 10 minutes for both the client and service provider. After 10 minutes I charge £5 for every 5 minutes of lateness. After 20 minutes the appointment will be cancelled, and a cancellation fee of 50% will be applied.
Appointment Duration
Please keep in mind that the duration of the appointment can only be used as a measure, however the longevity of the appointment also depends on the thickness and length of your hair.
Cancelling and Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled once within the same month. Any rescheduling desired after that may be done however another deposit will have to be paid the deposit in that case is no longer transferable * All rescheduling is subject to availability within that month*. Please contact me to reschedule. Any rescheduling must be done more than 72 hours prior to your appointment
All deposits are non- refundable. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to your appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of £20. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior & in the event of a no show, you will be charged £50% of the service. Your deposit is not transferable in this case & will be lost.
Deposits are non- refundable unless the appointment has been cancelled by myself- (business owner). Failure to comply with these terms may affect you booking in the future. Please note that If you have a series of rescheduled/cancelled appointments over time you may also be at risk of a ban.
In the event of a no show appointment you will be charged 50% of the service booked. Please note that I will make no exceptions to my terms
