- Appointments cannot be redeemed after the month has finished (unless confirmed with myself due to prior arangment) - total of 1 rollover per client.
- Please be made aware of differing annual leave throughout the year which may change recurring appointment bookings. I will give you plenty of warning regarding dates (summer months), but this may mean that a recurring appointment has to be changed.
- If a family member is taking your appointment, please confirm with myself prior to the appointment.
