NOTE: We do not accommodate "squeezing anyone in" or provide any counseling services within the same day of scheduling.

Lastly, we do not accept policies or plans that are processed, managed, or administered by any Medicare and Medicaid programs. All of our providers are considered ineligible to provide services for said policies. If you have questions about your plan, please contact the Medicaid or Medicare customer service department.

The process for Adults (18 and over) counseling is as follows:
- Free 10-Minute Consultation
- Schedule the First-Time Appointment.
- Complete intake paperwork for the client(s) (or minor) to be seen.
- Join in your first-time appointment!
DISCLAIMER: If you fill out paperwork and/or schedule a first-time appointment without completing a consultation first, your session will be canceled and our intake form will be deleted.

The process for Minors (17 and younger) counseling is as follows:
- Parent Consultation (out-of-pocket cost applies).
- Assessment for fit for your minor(s) (48 - 72 hour process).
- If confirmation is received, you schedule the First-Time Appointment for your minor(s).
- Complete intake paperwork for the minor(s) to be seen.
- Join for the first-time appointment!
- Note: You will receive a link for your session an hour before your scheduled time or at the time of your session.
Additional Note: If you are scheduling a family session involving adults and minors, please follow the process for minors.
Agency Terms:
- LPC - Licensed Professional Counselor.
- LMFT - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
- EAP - Employee Assistance Program. These are benefits provided by your job through HR and/or related departments.
- Sponsored - These sessions are covered for clients who are associated with an organization that we partner with (ex. Child Care Group of Dallas [CCG] and Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services [DARS])
We are currently offering telehealth options only!
Face-to-Face availability is provided on a case-by-case basis with the approval from your counselor.
Please be aware that consultations and first-time appointments at this time are provided via video or telephone only.
