Come to Locals Farm Market in Poolesville, MD (19929 Fisher Ave, Poolesville, MD 20837) — the heart of the beautiful Montgomery County Agricultural Reserve—for a 2-week introductory class series where you will learn and practice the art of mindfulness meditation. Nothing required except yourself, a blanket, cushion, or chair, and an open mind. Classes will be held outdoors, rain or shine (shelter available if needed). Donation Suggested $15 - 20 per session.
