Please note, appointment times are set in a "time-window" format. Meaning, the arrival time of the technician will be within the hour from the chosen appointment time. Example: You choose 10:00 am for your service time, the technician will arrive between 10:00-11:00 am. If any scheduling issues or delays take place,the client will be notified prior to the sheduled time to allow for any adjustments.
