Counselors conduct a 1:1 via phone or face to face to cover the following:
* Review BMR application * confirm all required documents have been provided * confirm all required household members are listed and have signed off on the checklist * Loan agent explored BMR-DALP and other financing options *Discuss BMR restrictions *BMR-DALP repayment terms * Budget-do not purchase any large item on credit while in escrow *Household must ALL be present during signing. *Review post Purchase deposit requirement.
