Session 1: You will collaborate with your Sports Nutritionist to review event/race/training goals and current fueling and hydration plan, if one exists. You will receive a report highlighting your existing fuel plan with individualized guidelines for your training or upcoming event to optimize performance.
Session 2: follow-up to review adequacy of fueling and hydration plan and make any additional adjustments.
Session 3: same as session 2 as we get closer to your event or proceed further into traini
