When you’re in a rush or short on time the Express session is for you. Express sessions are by phone only. You can use the session to ask 1-2 questions on your topic OR let your spirit team give you guidance for “this moment in time”.

This type of session is for new or returning clients.

NEW CLIENTS: If you are a new client and wish to begin or set up coaching or mentoring, this is the session you begin with.

This type of session is for existing/returning clients.

*If you are a new client and want to begin regular/ongoing coaching or mentoring, you must have completed a 60-min Coaching/Mentoring session first (that initial session will be your intake/goal setting for future sessions.)

Spiritual life counselling includes traditional counselling therapies working hand-in-hand with your spiritual beliefs, values and practices for your whole being: body, mind & soul.
