Get personal coaching as part of our "Running Sucks" program. We will work towards your personal goals while making running more fun! Session will include warm up exercises and work on points that include form, relaxation, stride length, foot strike, efficiency, "running tall", energy recovery and bounce, breathing, mental strategies and more.
These sessions meet at Gross park in the Lincoln Square neighborhood and utilize the park and surrounding area.
