CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation 24 hours or less will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. (deposits for online booking will not be refunded if less than 24 hours notice). No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. If three or more late cancellations occur, you will be let go as a client. While appointments are in high demand, it can be difficult to fill a last-minute cancellations and no-shows. Please be gracious and allow adequate notice of cancellation to allow us to find another client who can fill the now empty appointment time.
