All appointments must be scheduled online, and a deposit is REQUIRED. All transactions are processed by a SECURED merchant processing system.

NO ADDITIONAL GUEST ALLOWED with you, during your appointment.

No appointment will be scheduled or confirmed without a paid deposit.

Be sure to select all added on services that you need; this will ensure we will have proper time allotted for your appointment. • Late arrival will result in a late fee or cancellation of your appointment at the discretion of the stylist. DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!!!

Cancellation or Rescheduling POLICY for "Hair Extension Installation" Services must be made at least 72 hrs., prior to appointment time.

• All deposits made are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE but may be used as a credit for another Hair Extension/Weave service. Credit must be used within 30 days of cancellation. (your credit DOES NOT apply to "no call no shows" OR last-minute cancels) YOU CAN ONLY RESCHEDULE "ONCE" and use previous deposit credit. Any appointment made after the first cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment, will result in a forfeit of your deposit and a new deposit will be due for booking another appointment.

• All deposits and payments are NON-TRANSFERABLE NON-REFUNDABLE (no exceptions)
• All deposits may be used as a credit for up to 30 days of cancellation date. CREDIT DOES NOT APPLY TO "NO CALL NO SHOWS" OR "LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS", OR "LATE ARRIVALS"
