Our mean self-talk often starts in childhood with trauma, neglect, or abandonment. This class is tangible ways to turn this around so you can learn to speak to yourself with compassion. This can be a breakthrough to hear the wisdom in your body. I work directly with 3 people so the group can experience how Singing Medicine can be part of your self-compassion.
