This is a class is for people who want to be kinder to themselves and see how their life changes. This habit often starts in childhood that may have had trauma, neglect, or abandonment. This class is tangible ways to turn this around so you can learn to speak to yourself with compassion, and kindness. This allows you to hear the wisdom in your body.
