>Please remember when scheduling your appointment time that all appointments end at the scheduled time, regardless of when you arrive. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late will be charged for their appointment without services. We are trying our best to keep on schedule and allow our clients to keep their daily schedules as well. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding!
>>NEW CLIENTS - We are pleased to announce that several of our clients have just completed their course of treatment, so we do have limited availability for new clients.
>>>The vast majority of new clients are not seeking treatment for a condition that is resolved in one visit. Therefore, if you schedule as a new client, you must schedule two follow-up appointments as a "Returning Client" (the first approximately one week following your initial visit and the second approximately two weeks following your initial visit) at the same time as your initial New Client visit. This reserves spots for you should they be needed and prevents us from overbooking. We do not have additional hours to accommodate you if there are no slots available during our normal hours. If either of the two follow-up visits are not needed, they are easily cancelled.
*If you are not able to return for follow up care approximately one and two weeks following your initial visit, we ask that you schedule your initial visit at a time when you are able to return both the following week and the next.
