Bodywork Sessions hours:

As of January 2024, I'll be offering bodywork appts Mon-Wed and some Fridays. However, I set aside times that you don't see on my online calendar, so please reach out if you're trying to get in, but don't see an opening.

NEW CLIENTS:
It's highly advisable for new clients to commit to a treatment plan to get the best results. I commonly recommend one session a week for 3-4 weeks for most new clients. Please schedule in advance to ensure you can stay consistent with care. My schedule gets busy, so if you don't see a time that works, please email me to get on my cancellation list.
