Before you book an IN PERSON appointment:

Please let your psychologist know if you have dog allergies or a phobia of dogs since one is sometimes present in the office.

Please know that if you are cancelling an appointment less than 24 hours (72 hours is required if your appointment is on a Monday) in advance, you will be charged for the appointment as it does not allow our staff enough time to schedule someone else into that time slot.

Please do NOT pay in advance unless you are scheduling with Dr. Quackenbush.
