IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS:
Heating & Air Conditioning — Our studios are located in a 150-year-old building without central A/C and equipped with a boiler heating system. During the winter, the building heat runs select hours during the day and the studios get rather chilly during the evening hours after it shuts off. We do not have control of the overall heating/cooling in the Davis Linden Building. We take measures to ensure comfortable temperatures in our spaces, but these measures are often inadequate on extreme temperature days. We urge clients to take outdoor weather conditions into account when booking the studio and dress accordingly. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
Building Accessibility — There is only one accessible entrance for our studios located in the courtyard parking lot. Unfortunately, this entrance is one of the many no-parking zones (except for loading/unloading) and on the opposite side of The Loft & White Studio spaces. We highly recommend booking a tour to determine if the building's accessibilities will accommodate your group's needs. We are only tenants of the building and don't have overall control or say in the accessibility of the building. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
