GIFT CARDS

• • CHANGES TO YOUR EXPERIENCE: You can change your Experience date/time by clicking on "Modify Reservation" in your confirmation email up to 24 hours in advance of your admission time.
    
    
  • CANCELLATIONS: You can cancel your experience up to 24 hours in advance of your admission start time. This however does not apply to DIY Classes, you must cancel at least 3 days in advance. Make sure you do this for all the slots you booked for (Ex: if you booked for 3 people please make sure you reschedule for 3 people.)
    
    
  • REFUNDS: Please email us HERE if you canceled over 24 hours in advance to make sure your cancellation refund is processed. Some cancellation fees may apply.
