The therapist will move silicone cups or plastic cups without fire back and forth to release overall tension in the back and shoulders and proceed to massage. During the session, the Therapist will use cupping as needed. Cupping is very effective to release myofascial tension which often results in chronic tension in the back, shoulder, and neck.
