Stream services are password protected and clients will be provided a password that will change on a monthly basis.
Please have the following equipment on hand. Note that workouts vary so not all pieces of equipment will be required for every workout:

Dumbbells - 2lb,5lb,10lb,15lb,20lb (Two of each)
Kettlebells - Weights equal/similiar to dumbbells
