This workout is designed for a certain level of Autonomy, in that those who sign up for this class will be training with the trainer. Therefore it is important to note that the trainer for this class will be focusing on his/her own workout as they lead the program. All are welcome to participate in this class but be advised that this an extreme workout. THIS IS NOT A JUMP IN WITH COLD FEET KIND OF WORKOUT i.e. you must be in the Paddlesynergy program for at least a month to participate.
