Prefer to have a remote support session? Your tech will contact you to set up remote access to your computer. Then, we'll take care of all your tech issues.

You'll be charged a minimum of 15 minutes @ $31.25 and additional time will also be billed at 15-minute $31.25 increments thereafter. Why the weird amount? It adds up to our normal $125/hr remote rate. But, don't worry, you'll just be billed in 15-increments.

Please note your tech will contact you within 60 minutes of your appointment time.

Monthly Maintenance requires an annual term at 12 months. A minimum of 2 hours will be charged per monthly visit. You may have the tech stay longer past 2 hours if needed. Visits will be scheduled in advance. For instance, you may schedule for every 1st Friday at 10am. Then, we will reserve this time for you.
