A session where two or more people need to agree on a final plan of action. It's easy to discuss anything and everything and lose the point when talking about overall strategy, so every strategy session must result in: timeline, scope, tasks generated, task due dates, assigned responsible person/people, additional setup or training required, current processes that need to be changed, and other important information.

A session where two people try to find a solution to an "unsolvable problem". One person is like a doctor and listens to "symptoms" of the other person's "problem" and then tries to make a "diagnosis". After diagnosing the problem, the doctor can suggest "treatments" by offering suggestions. A person should schedule a breakout session when they feel "stuck".

A session where two or more people actively work on a task in real-time and while sharing their screens. This is great for large collaborative tasks like approving / editing a webpage, text, image, video, or several creative tasks at the same time. Jam sessions are not for showing someone how to do a specific series of actions (screenshots with step-by-step instructions are better for that).
