In this 1:1 yoga nidra experience you are invited into a body centered practice of “listening in” with curiosity.
Over the course of four sessions, you'll explore how the steps of iRest recalibrate your nervous system, relieve stress and restore balance and self-trust.
When you offer yourself this kind of attention, your whole system feels seen, felt and heard. Messages and insights that were previously hidden naturally reveal themselves.
For each session, create a comfortable, quiet spot for yourself with blanket, cushions, tea etc. I'll send a link for Zoom or call you if we're meeting by phone.
