Aerial fitness conditioning class for absolute beginners - we stay grounded to introduce the movement vocabulary that we use in the air. Building an ease and familiarity with new-to-you movement patterns while building the core strength and connections to support these movements in the air. This is a great introduction to the physicality of aerial work as well as a wonderful way to "calibrate" and check in on how aerial fit you already are. . . or aren't . . . :-)
