Join Jen Peterson, RYT and Julie Bibleheimer, L.Ac. for an exploration of your Wood element and learn about healthy practices to stay balanced in the transition from winter to spring. This energizing workshop will include a moving yoga practice, guided meditation, and a short talk about the Wood element and Liver and Gallbladder energy from an ancient Taoist perspective. During an extended savasana, the final yoga pose, each participant will receive an acupuncture treatment.
