MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING
DN has created a therapeutic salon environment with you in mind! We have a cozy space with limited seating. Therefore, we ask that your guests remain outside. It is our mission to create your direct booking experience a breeze! Our simple yet critical guidelines are to create an enjoyable experience, both for the client and the stylist.
We require a non-refundable deposit which is applied towards your service balance. You have until day 3 after your scheduled appointment to transfer or reschedule. Day 4 your deposit is non-transferable. We require a new deposit.
Please arrive with your hair strands free of style and detangled, with earlobe length. Failure to do so will result in same day cancelation of your appointment.
CANCELLATION
DN has a strict 72-Hour Cancellation Notice Policy. Notifying us within respected time warrants your card from being charged 50% of services booked.
No Call, No Show You will be charged 100% of services booked and can no longer book with DN.
We give a 10-minute grace period. Your appointment will be cancelled and you'll need to reschedule with new deposit.

Fee: $200 (Tuesday-Friday only)
Scheduling - Be sure to schedule each service needed. No services added in the course of your appointment. Inaccurate booking will be cancelled and charged.
The address and directions will be sent out 24 hours in advance.
