General

• Must be 18 or older to book
• I do not service men or children. Women 18+ only
• No extra guest or children are allowed.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled. No exceptions.
• 🚫🚫I DO NOT TAKE APPOINTMENTS AFTER 6PM!! TIMES MIGHT SHOW UP ON MY BOOKS FOR APPOINTMENTS TO START AT 6PM, BUT DO NOT BOOK THEM. YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED!! 🚫🚫
• When booking, please use your LEGAL first and last name. If you book with just an initial, your appointment will be canceled
• Hair is NOT included, but some styles have the option to purchase hair
• If there aren’t any appointments showing on the calendar, there is none available.

Payment

• Deposits are required for all services. Deposit amount depends on the style booked.
• Please bring CASH for the remainder of your balance

• Bring cash with you to your appointment. I will not wait for a relative to bring payment for you
• Being unprepared will result in your appointment being cancelled. Deposit will still be non refundable/transferable
• ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Hair Prep

• Hair must be blow dried straight or flat ironed
• Hair must be at least 5 inches long all over head to be serviced.
• Do not put ANY product in your hair, if you have oil in your hair, your appointment will be canceled
• DETANGLE YOUR HAIR COMPLETELY. I will not work on tangled hair. If you arrive with your hair tangled, the appointment will be canceled.

Installs

• HD or Transparent lace ONLY!
• If you bring in lace that is too dark or too thick, I will not service you

Cancelations/ Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel, please do so 48 hours prior to your appointment.
• No call/no show will be banned from booking. The only way to be unbanned from booking is to pay the balance that is owed from the appointment that you missed.
• If you need to reschedule, you may do so from the confirmation email that you received after booking. Appointments cannot be rescheduled within 48 hours of appointment under any circumstances. You will need to book another appointment and pay a new deposit.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged half the service price.

Pictures/Videos

• Photos and videos may be taken of throughout the appointment for social media promotion. If you are uncomfortable with this, please do not book.

THIS IS THE ONLY BRAIDING HAIR I WILL USE. 26 INCH IS THE LONGEST YOU NEED TO BRING, EVEN IF YOU ADD ON EXTRA LENGTH. I WILL NOT USE ANY LENGTH OVER 26 INCH
