As we prepare to welcome our valued clients and customers back to The Glam Room, we're taking the following precautions to keep everyone safe.
The Precautions We're Taking
- We've implemented extensive cleaning protocols and extended appointment times to allow thorough sanitation and disinfection between clients.
- Our team will be screened for symptoms and have their temperature checked before each shift.
- We'll be limiting the number of customers and clients allowed in The Glam Room to allow for sufficient social distancing.
- Masks will be required, by our team and our customers, while in The Glam Room.
- Hand sanitizing stations have been installed throughout the salon and showroom for frequent hand cleansing.
- We continue to follow state guidelines on hospital grade disinfection for all salon implements and tools.
- We'll have all our extensions on display however we won't be able to offer try-ons for the time being.
What to Expect During Your Visit
- We'll service one salon or store guest at a time to allow signature Glam service and plenty of space.
- Masks will be required for the duration of your visit. If you don't have a mask, we'll provide one for you.
- Upon entry, your temperature will be taken with a non-contact digital thermometer. Clients with a temperature above 100 degrees will be asked to return at a later date. If you have an appointment, we'll cancel it at no charge. Please rest assured, Glam Seamless will not store any temperature data.
- Remember, it's up to us to keep each other safe. Our team members have been asked to stay home if not feeling well. We ask that if you have a fever, chills, cough, muscle pain, headache, or loss of taste or smell please take the time to fully recover before visiting The Glam Room. If you need to cancel an appointment due to illness, we're happy to do that for you at no charge.
- At this time, we will not be serving beverages. We also ask that there is no eating or drinking in The Glam Room.
- Due to limited capacity, we ask that you limit the size of your party to those who need Glam assistance. Only salon guests with an appointment will be allowed in the salon. Sorry, no additional guests.
If you have any concerns about your ability to comply with any of the above requirements, please let us know by contacting bookings@glamseamless.com 24-hours in advance of your appointment or visit, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
