INSTRUCTIONS

1. Select the grooming package below and the available slots will appear. You will receive an email confirmation, followed by an SMS reminder one day & one hour in advance.

ATTENTION

Waiting at the reception area is not allowed. We are accepting appointments on a drop off/ pick up basis at the moment. We will update you on the grooming progress by WhatsApp (with pictures/video). Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

2. Please make payment AFTER grooming when you pick up your cat. (Paynow/ Cash/ Nets)

3. Please book a slot for each cat (If you have two cats, book two slots).

4. Please check your email for the booking confirmation.
