BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
*PLEASE DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT UPON BOOKING. During the booking process, you have an option to "Pay Now or Pay Later". It is requested you select "Pay Later". You will receive a payment reminder on the day of your appointment where you can make payment.
There may currently be a wait time for available consultations. If you cannot find suitable times coming available within a month, please email me on hi@happyinside.com.au
- Most clients seeing me will book a "Gut Focused Therapy" consultation for the Happy Inside Program.
- If you are attending for reasons other than a gut disorder, please book a "Standard Consultation".
- It is strongly suggested that all 6 appointments for the Happy Inside Program be booked upfront, and within a period of 10 weeks. This is to ensure you can secure availabilities. Payments are made at each consultation. Please select "Pay Later" during payment options.

> Repeat until 6th appointment chosen
> Select "Complete"
> Enter your information
> Accept Terms and Conditions and newsletter subscription.
> Select "Pay Later"
PAYMENTS
- All payments are made via the secure payment platform, Stripe.
- PLEASE DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Payments options are "Pay Now" or "Pay Later". It is requested "Pay Later" and use the link in your reminders to make payment closer to your appointment.
- Appointment reminders will be sent prior to each appointment with the payment link included.
RESCHEDULES AND CANCELLATIONS
- Reschedules and cancellations cannot be completed online less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. If under 48 hours notice, you will be required to contact the clinic for any cancellations, and a cancellation fee of 100% of the consultation fee will be payable prior to your next appointment.
- The cancellation fee will be charged for ALL cancellations under the 48 hours notice, with no exceptions for illness. Please hold your expectations accordingly should you cancel without the requested notice.
