No Show and Cancellations

• I respectfully ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations
• When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent me from accommodating other clients. Due to the increase in New Clients who schedule and then do not show up at the scheduled time, effective 6/25/21, I will require a credit card to hold your appointment, your card will not be charged. In the event that you do not show up or call to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the reserved time, a $50 No-Show Fee will be charged to the card on file.
• If an emergency situation arises, please let me know so that I can treat your specific situation with personal attention. I recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control; sudden illness, family emergencies, etc. and I am happy to try to make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions
