Please be sure to remember your appointment time. After being 15 minutes late, it is considered a no-show and the full cost of your service will be assessed.
Also, appointments must be cancelled online (a link to do so is in the confirmation email) a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If not, a refund will not be possible.
An add on should ONLY be selected if you would like to book ANOTHER service in ADDITION to the one are booking.
