HOW TO BOOK

   • We have listed their available days, massage style, & vaccination requirements.
3. Pick an appointment date & time.
   • Go back to step 2 to look at another provider's availability.
4. Complete health & waiver forms.
   • Create an account to save your intake forms for quicker booking next time!

NEW CLIENTS

• If you are booking a Targeted Therapeutic Massage:
  • Up to 15 minutes of your first session will be spent completing a new client intake with the therapist, to discuss your health history and your goals for massage.
  • You might want to book a slightly longer session to account for the new client consultation.
  • This applies to your first session only!
• If you have a chronic health condition that tends to flare up (Fibro, Lyme, Dercum's, etc.)
  • A shorter session (30-45 minutes) is a good place to start, until you know how your body will respond to massage

COVID PROTOCOL

• Masks are currently required for everyone, as we work closely with populations with chronic health conditions.
• Our entire team is vaccinated.
• We are running HEPA filters and sanitizing each room between clients. All linens are always freshly washed.
• Do not come in for a massage if you are feeling unwell. Whether you have a cold, flu, or other COVID-like symptoms, or have had a recent contact with someone who is sick, please call us to reschedule your appointment!

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

• 24 hours notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling.
  • There is a $30 late fee, per person, per appointment, for no-shows & same-day cancellations/reschedules.
  • We reserve the right to limit access to online booking & require prepayment for future appointments.
• We understand that emergencies happen.
  • Call us as soon as you know you can't make your appointment.
  • We might not pick up if we are away from the desk (we do a lot of laundry!) So leave a voicemail, text message, or email before cancelling or rescheduling online.
  • If we know what's going on, we'll do our best to waive the cancellation fee.
