Inversions for Beginners
Loni will take you through the foundations of inversions. We will look at headstand, crow, forearm stand as well as a few more of our favourite gravity defying poses. This workshop is ideal for someone who already does yoga and wants to progress to inversions.
Inversions are a great way to help the body become light, encourage confidence and increase core stability.
This will be largely on the wrists and the forearms.
