This online approach to bodywork uses client movement, simple hand contacts, and gentle stretching of the neurovascul ar tracts to balance the body, reduce pain, and liberate movement. We can address neck and jaw issues, breathing, vagus nerve, painful ribs, low back discomfort, and tight hips and hamstrings. Much of the work we can do seated. For low back and hamstrings/thighs, we will be working standing up and/or lying on the floor, and you will need a tennis ball and a yoga mat.
