1. New Clients:
Dr Wilson would like to do a 1/2 hour zoom conference call( or phonecall if owner prefers). This way Dr. Wilson can still "meet you" and discuss your concerns “in person”.
- We feel this communication is so important and are excited to have this new “LET'S MEET ONLINE” option which will allow Dr. Wilson to first chat with you, discuss all your concerns, and answer any questions Dr Wilson needs to further assess your pet -ALL by utilizing telemedicine! . This allows Dr Wilson to establish the best treatment options for your pet with your involvement.

We currently have many patients seeing Dr Wilson twice a week so sometimes it may be a month or longer wait when scheduling. However, as pets start doing better, their schedule decreases to meet their needs and we will gladly call you to get you in sooner as this occurs.
Payment is due at time of scheduling and will reserve your appointment. The fee will be applied to your initial in clinic consultation.
We sometimes do not have availability for 1-2 months. Please feel free to schedule an appointment and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to be put on our waiting list. As patients improve, their weekly sessions decrease; and it is not uncommon that we end up getting you in sooner. 2. Returning Clients:
The scheduler is now available for you to schedule follow up appointments. If you do not see an appointment that fits our schedule, please email us and we will do our best to fit you in,
3. House Calls:
We are not booking new house call appointments at this time.
4. Home Euthanasia:
Unfortunately due to the extra precautions that will be needed to keep everyone safe during this time, we are not able to do at-home euthanasias. We GREATLY apologize for this inconvenience. We know how difficult this time is for you and your family.
