Tanya, our resident canine lifestyle and nutrition educator, will spend the 40 minutes online with you to go over and review your dogs' current diet, medical history, current symptoms, client goals, as well as a day in the life.

After the appointment, Tanya will provide a document in an email of her findings and personalized suggestions.

Please note, the test requires your dog to be fasted for 8 HOURS before testing. Water is ok.
The test is quick and easy, involving the pet chewing on a cotton rope to collect saliva.
You will receive the results within 2-4 weeks. Usual average wait is 10 business days.

During the first visit we will:
- assess how comfortable your pet is with being handled,
- provide a nutrition, body handling, and condition report
- provide a nail trim if the dog is consenting to one

Two employees will be present to make the experience a positive and consenting one for your dog. Treats and training provided for 10 minutes of service.

Simple maintenance trim around the back end, we'll spend 10 minutes getting things tidy.

A quick 10 minute trim focused around the feet for easier traction.

We gently remove wax and hair to keep those ears feeling fresh.
We can apply cleaning solution if necessary.
