75 minutes is great for focusing on the whole upper body OR whole lower body, rather than just one area. It's also a great choice for those who want a relaxing full-body session with a bit deeper pressure, or maybe a little extra time for the feet.

If you have two areas of pain and want focused bodywork on both, 90 minutes is the way to go. This is also a great session length to be able to focus deeply on one area, and relax the rest of the body too!

Two hours is the ultimate full-body session. This length guarantees that several areas of pain can be addressed thoroughly, while also allowing time for the rest of the body to relax and feel fully attended to. If you're an athlete, this is the way to go to boost your performance and stay on top of mobility!

If you're not in the mood for Cupping Massage, this Deep-Tissue session is a great option to focus deeply on one painful area, or give a very relaxing full-body session without a specific focus.
