Lace must be TRANSPARENT, HD OR SWISS
all lace services usually requires glue, if you have highly sensitive skin or any known allergic reactions to lace glue please be mindful of this. I use sensitive glue but as a disclaimer everyone skin reacts differently and can possibly have a reaction.
LACE FRONTALS/WIGS MUST BE DROPPED OFF 2 DAYS PRIOR, IF IT NEEDS TO BE CUSTOMIZED.
TIP: put the lace on your skin and if it is darker than your skin tone, you have the wrong lace tone. HD or a transparent lace is great with being worked on with most skin tones.

your deposit goes towards your overall service price. there are NO REFUNDS on your deposit. Please have your remaining balance in cash OR be prepared to pay with Zelle. I do not accept cash app.
Late Fees/No show policy
10 minutes late= $10 fee
15 minutes late= Appointment canceled
NO CALL NO SHOW= NO FUTURE APPOINTMENT
Not showing up to your Appt for a hair service or to drop off hair for a custom wig WITHOUT contacting Tisha to let her know you will not make it will result with her not being able to service you in the future. Please understand that I respects your appt time and I expects the same from you.
Please notify me 24 hours prior to your appointment time if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. If you wish to reschedule YOU MUST reschedule the following week to have your current deposit go towards the new appointment date/time. it is not Tisha responsibility to reschedule you so please do not text asking for availability.
You are only allowed to reschedule ONCE per service. If you are unable to make it to your rescheduled appointment. You will not be able to reschedule nor use the deposit towards another date. Your deposit will be forfeited. Same day cancellations will forfeit your deposit.
Please DO NOT bring extra people with you to your appointment, please do not bring children.
