In this gentle Feldenkrais workshop, we'll explore our movement patterns that don't support the comfort of our back and experience the new ones that do.
We'll work with attention and awareness to mobilize our upper back, rib cage, shoulder blades, and hip joints to give rest and relaxation to lower back, an often overworked part of us.
In the final part of the workshop, we'll be learning movement transitions of everyday life that protect and destress our backs.
