In our Pregnancy Pilates classes we focus on building intrinsic core to strengthen and support your changing body.
We also work on really effective spinal mobility to help ease out aches and pains associated with pregnancy.
Classes are suitable from the second trimester right up to birth.
A large gym ball is required for the classes.
