ONE ON ONE SESSIONS
In person sessions are offered in a private home studio in south east Edmonton (home has animals). After booking, new clients will be contacted to have a phone intake prior to the appointment. On site sessions offered for a 25$ travel fee.
Online Wellness Strategy Sessions are recommended prior to booking any in person or online relaxation & wellness session or class. These sessions are also offered on their own.
Whats offered in these one on one sessions?
Reiki - A Japanese practice of shared meditation using a hands on or hands off approach depending on a clients comfort. Attention is given to different parts of the body and mind using light touch and a heart centered meditation practice by the practitioner. The clients only job is to relax. Sessions are done fully clothed.
Reflexology - An ancient practice using gentle massage and pressure points on the hands, feet and or face to facilitate relaxation, stimulation of the nervous system and whole body health. Evidence suggests reflexology is effective for pain and stress management.
Yoga & Meditation - Yoga is an ancient Indian practice of developing union between body and mind. Both asana (postures) and the other limbs of hatha yoga such as breath work and meditation support both personal and collective wellness.
Intuitive Creative Practice - Experience a blend of guided meditation, movement and guided creative expression through writing, art or sound.
GROUP CLASSES
